3. Do the poles spin?

Answer: Yes. All of our LED dance poles are designed to have a spinning mode unless specifically noted otherwise. Some models may also be switched to a static (non-spinning) mode if desired.

4. What does the pole surface feel like?

Answer: Our dance poles have an exterior polycarbonate surface with a unique texture that is somewhere between a standard chrome and a silicon-coated pole.

5. Is the pole fragile?

Answer: No. Although our LED dance poles contain electronics, they are built to withstand rigorous usage. The LED components are protected by a durable polycarbonate tube to prevent damage from normal use.

6. Is the pole height adjustable?

Answer: No, once the pole is built the length can't change, we accept custom orders for non-standard lengths. Permanent poles must be sized to fit in the space they're being installed in.

7. Is it difficult to install the LED dance pole?

Answer: Not significantly more difficult than a standard pole. Installation varies depending on the model, but potentially includes:

  1. Assembly of the pole sections
  2. Securing to floor/ceiling
  3. Connecting the power and data cables

11. Are they safe for home installation?

Answer: Yes. When installed correctly, our dance poles are safe for use at home. Make sure to follow the installation guidelines and verify the stability before each use.

12. How do I clean the dance pole?

Answer:

  1. Use a soft cloth with alcohol to clean the pole's surface.
  2. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the protective polycarbonate surface.
  3. Dry thoroughly before use.

13. What power source do the poles require?

Answer: Our LED dance poles plug into a standard 110V-240V outlet. Poles can consume a maximum of 60W. We recommend using surge protectors to safeguard the electronics during power fluctuations.

14. Do you offer different lighting modes or special effects?

Answer: Yes. Our LED controller comes with a library of animations and allows users to create and upload their own content.

15. Can this be integrated into a show?

Answer: Yes. The PoleFX Player can be controlled via DMX, or the poles can be controlled directly in real time from a media server running TouchDesigner. Contact us for example files.

16. Are custom sizes available?

Answer: Yes. Permanent poles are custom-sized by default. Aerial and portable poles come in standard sizes but can be customized by request.

17. How long does shipping take?

Answer: Shipping times vary based on your location and the product’s availability. Typically, orders are processed within 4-6 weeks, and shipping can take anywhere from 1–7 business days domestically. International orders may take longer due to customs and import procedures.

18. Do you ship internationally?

Answer: While many customers successfully install their dance poles themselves, you may prefer hiring a professional if:
